Stephens City UMC is proud to host the Frederick County Senior Center on-site, Monday through Thursday, from 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM.

About the Program

Seniors First Shenandoah Area Agency on Aging (SAAA) is a nonprofit dedicated to helping older adults live independently, safely, and with dignity.

At our Senior Center location, adults age 60+ are invited to enjoy:

• A nutritious lunch each day
• Informative and entertaining programs
• Fellowship and social connection

Recent activities have included:

• Live music and dance
• Sewing workshops
• “Matter of Balance” class to help reduce fall risks

Get Involved or Join Us

We welcome volunteers to:

• Help serve meals
• Assist in the kitchen
• Lead activities or share a skill during the 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM program hour
