United Women in Faith

When we meet:

Stephens City United Women in Faith meet monthly on the third Monday of each month at 6:30 pm in room 102. All women are invited.

History:

The Women’s Foreign Missionary Society began in Boston in 1869 to support mission work for women, children and youth. Less than 10 years later a unit was established here at Stephens City. There have been various name changes but in 2022 our name changed to Untied Women in Faith (UWF).

Mission Projects include:

Fundraising projects to support our District Pledge to Mission, support for our district prayer breakfast and racial justice programs, a caring card ministry, supporting WATTS, sending cards to our college “kids,” support for Camp Overlook tuition, a canned drive to support our food pantry etc..
