Upcoming schedule:
Starting April 12, Christy Wintrode will lead the Adult Sunday School Class in Season 3 of a Discipleship Series from Focus on the Family by Ray Vander Lan. This season focuses on Jesus as a man, who chose to reveal Himself as a first century rabbi to a first century Jewish audience. What was daily life like for the Jews of Jesus’ day? How did they practice their faith under Roman occupation? And most importantly, what did it mean to be a rabbi?
In addition, Joe Staggs will intersperse some lessons from the History and Archaeology of the Bible. On April 19, he will present the chapter on “The Ministry of Jesus”, which Joe thinks is the best chapter in the book.
Come and join the discussion and fellowship on Sundays at 8:45-9:45 am in Room 200.

For more than 110 years, Methodist men have been gathering to study scripture, be active volunteers, and be in community with one another. Throughout those years, the ministry has evolved to meet the current needs of men in our local churches. A United Methodist Men’s group (UMM) is life-changing and a source of rejuvenation. The groups are Wesleyan at heart, embracing a small-group concept that was a key part of faith formation in the early Methodist Church.
