Youth Sunday School
Ever wonder, "What are the youth doing in Sunday School this summer?" Well, we have combined the middle and senior high classes and given them the following challenge: As a group, come up with a question of faith that you'd like to find the answer to and then create a video about the answer and what you have learned. They have chosen the question "What was Jesus doing between the ages of 12 and 30?" They have taken a look at what clues the Bible gives and are in the process of planning the video to answer the question. Stay tuned near the end of the summer to see the results!

Harvest Table
A "SCUMC Summer Harvest Table" fundraiser will be set-up during the Fellowship Snack'n Time. This table will hold local summer produce. If you have extras from your gardens or have made a special item from your yield and would like to help with this fundraiser please bring your items and add to our season's growth, with proceeds going to the general fund.

Sunday School
Sunday School is for all ages, and Stephens City United Methodist Church encourages all ages to attend. The article you're beginning to read explains the method of teaching and learning from the holy bible as it happens each Sunday morning from 9:45 until 10:45 in room 204 with the Faith Seekers Sunday School class. Currently, through sequential reading and discussion, the class is beginning 1st Kings. All passages are read aloud and discussed. The group feels that this endeavor has made the word become more meaningful. At present the ages of the group range from 40-80. Faith Seekers welcome visitors and new members. For more information contact Pat Konschak at (540) 869-1384 or Michael Short at 869-4843 or
