We are located in downtown Stephens City, at 5291 Main Street. Take Interstate I-81, exit 307, and go west two blocks to the traffic light (intersection of 277 and US 11). Turn right (north), and the church is two blocks on your left. Parking is available in the rear of the building.

Sr. High and Middle School Youth
Sr. High and Middle School Youth groups will combined with Kernstown UMC Youth for 2 hours of Laser-Tag play (from 5p-7pm) at Skyline for $10 on Sunday. Drop-off and meet at Kernstown UMC at 4:15pm. Looking forward to a good turn-out and some friendly competition. Bring a little extra cash if you need to purchase a water or soda. After Laser-Tag we will be returning to KUMC for pizza & fellowship. Pick-up at KUMC at 8pm. Invite your brother or sister or a friend to come. It's definitely going to be a good time! UMW Phoebe Circle
United Methodist Women's Phoebe Circle will meet Thursday, March 26th at 12:30pm in room 102. Women attending generally bring their lunch - sandwich/salad/other. The Circle provides dessert, condiments, and a beverage. They will put together Easter baskets for children staying at the Laurel Center.

Attention Campers!
Attention campers the 2015 brochures for Camp Overlook are now available. Register by May 1st and your fee is $10 off. There is also a $10 discount for 5 or more registering together, so we will once again send registration forms in together prior to May 1st. Join A Choir!
Join a choir!! Vocal and bell rehearsals resume at the regular times Wednesday nights at SCUMC. We welcome Donna Green as the new Junior choirs' director. She provides wonderful Christian choral teaching experience in addition to her accomplished accompanying. Donna is also working on her Doctorate in Vocal Performance at SU Conservatory of Music and offers private voice lessons. Jacquetta Owens leads the bell choirs and shares bell techniques learned from her bell cruise excursion. David Renner leads the adult vocal choir in the sanctuary. It all begins at 5:30 pm.

Mission Committee
The Mission committee are beginning plans to gather a team of servants from Stephens City UMC and Round Hill UMC in Winchester that will travel to Crisfield Maryland to help families rebuild after damage to their homes from hurricane Sandy. We plan to be in Crisfield Sunday, July 12th through Friday, July 17th. This is an adult team so you must be 18 yrs or older and no construction experience is needed. Vendor Fair
A vendor fair for the American Cancer Society will be held in the SCUMC fellowship hall hosted by Staci Collins and Susan Golladay on Saturday, March 28th. The event is open to the public between 9am-2pm. Our very own Susan Golladay, Jacquetta Owen, and Deborah Phillips will have tables and along with other local crafters. A Chinese style auction will be held with proceeds to benefit the American Cancer Society. Lunch will be offered by the Grafton Leo Club

Preschool Applications
Preschool applications for 3-year-old and 4-year-old children for the 2015-2016 school year are available to all church members. Please pick up an application in the church Gathering Area or go to the online registration on SCUMC website. The preschool offers 2, 3, 4 and 5 day programs. Adult Sunday School
Adult Sunday School - "True Spirituality" is being held in room 102. This is a 13 week study, one week intro and 12 weeks video series by Chip Ingram. Fred Fonville has a few copies of the study guide left and there is also a book by the same title. This is a study on the Christian life based on Romans 12, which Chip sees as a summary of the first 11 chapters of Romans. Dale Sigler will be facilitating the class. Come join us!

Facility/Room Request
A Friendly Reminder - Any time there is a need to use the facility for any reason, a request form is to be filled-out in advance, put in the admin box (on the secretary's desk) to be approved by the Trustees, then pencilled in on the office calendar and input on the webpage calendar.
